Intelligent welding management system
Well-Tech has developed China’s first intelligent welding management system with its own intellectual property. It overcomes the limitations of human cognition and covers the entire welding process, from welding resource management to data collection, statistical analysis and quality traceability. The system can be widely used in rail transit, equipment manufacturing, pressure vessels, nuclear power and other industries. It is a valuable tool for customers implementing intelligent welding production management and helps them maintain their competitiveness and capacity for innovation in the era of big data.
Welding Professionals of International Caliber
Welders of international caliber and ordinary welders deliver different results to customers, with significant differences in workmanship between skill levels. Well-Tech selects welders through rigorous entry assessments and grades their skills. Professional, targeted training helps them understand the welding requirements of customer products and gives them sufficient practice. Their skills must be recognized by the most authoritative welding qualification assessment bodies before they join the production line. This ensures the long-term reliability of the products delivered to customers.International Welding Certificates
Well-Tech holds international welding manufacturer certification to EN 15085 CL1. Its team includes welding supervisors, international welding engineers and more than 100 international welders, with nearly 1,000 international welder qualification certificates. These cover aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel, with a range of material types and specifications from thin to thick plates. Welding methods include gas-shielded arc welding with consumable or non-consumable electrodes, argon arc welding, resistance welding, stud welding and nut projection welding.
